well My order never arrived, order number 53684 tracking number 9400136895357613654041 on the 26th of December 2018 it fell off the world and disappeared into limbo

PLEASE CONTACT the U.S. Postal Service regarding it’s Location, since it is in their possession (as it used to show on, but they remove their records from their website, within a few weeks). It should be insured for up to $100 usd- just call your postmaster. I’ve seen this happen before. Also, a lot of times, if they lose a Package, it will just say “IN-Transit” (as it did in your case) for a few weeks- then ~poof~.
Additionally, CLICK HERE for a PDF copy of the actual Shipping Label we used (in case they ask).
      Keep us updated. THANKS!!

contacted the post office and did the whole missing mail thing, no response from them either, well lesson learned never buy something you can not actually touch and pick up with your own hands.

I’M CONFUSED. How could you have contacted them without them responding? You mean you attempted to contact them? It would help if you ACTUALLY got in touch with them.
          It should be insured.
Unless you think there’s anything we can do to help.
If so, please let us know.
I’d go to your Post office physically (in person), and bring the copy of the Label with you.
I’ll let you know of it’s returned, but please go to your Post Office. I don’t want you to think we somehow rigged their Tracking System or hacked into their Database to make it appear as if an item was shipped (which would be much more difficult then simply sending you seeds that we grow- especially after we already paid the postage on that Label).
          Keep me updated.
Feel free to CALL me (owner)

ORDER # 54060. After 2 weeks of waiting I received HALF of my order (1 of 2 seed packs). I received the Izmir Afghan but NOT the Persian Blue.
However, on the flip side- I didn’t speak to them regarding this matter- perhaps I should have tried calling them at any of their Phone #’s located on their Contact Us Page, or their Facebook Page’s ‘About’ Section.
But, I didn’t feel like it.

Hi Ysidro, Thanks for letting us know. We apologize for the ‘Slim Pickins’ and Logistical setbacks.
Did you receive our Message we sent regarding this matter?
I think you forgot to mention that you opted to pay via Snail Mail (Check, Money Order, etc).
So it would be within reason for you to mention it. We waited patiently for quite a bit for Payment to be received in the Mail (Not your fault, but mail gets to us a bit slower here on the Island), Deposited, and CLEARED by our (off-Island) Bank. (which can take up to 2 weeks to clear- NOT our Policy, the Bank’s).
This is all laid-out in our TERMS of Service, agreed upon when you Checked out.
Nevertheless, unfortunately, we have run OUT OF STOCK of Persian Blues while your Check was in the Mail. (Due to High Demand, Low Supply and Prices too low).
PLEASE UNDERSTAND that APPROX. 80% of all ‘SnailMail’ ORDERS PLACED via THE ‘CHECK/Money Order’ Payment OPTION, are NEVER PAID FOR. This is why we wait to receive the actual payment before taking it from Inventory (otherwise we’d have 80% of Merch. on Lay-away at all times (LOL)
So, we won’t have more Stock until we harvest our current batch growing (in about 25 days).
I can refund you via Snail mail if you wish.
Or, if you can provide me with a way to refund you Electronically, I can do so ASAP. But, in the meantime,
        I’ve created a CREDIT CODE for $21.31 ($19.99 + Tax) w/ NO Expiration date-
You can apply to any other Poppy Seeds at anytime.
The CODE is your Phone Number (used on your Order).
Simply enter all 10 digits, no spaces upon Checkout. If you require further assistance, please call me at the Number I provided in my email, or get it HERE.

please let me know which is a possibly better bet of the Tasmanians, for breeding with the Izmir “Burma Golden Triangle” that i got from you ?

      [ i see there is a
      – 300 ‘Tasmanian Alks’ PAPAVER SOMNIFERUM POPPY SEEDS ,
which seems to be the same as the
      – Tazmanian Papaver Somniferum Organic Viable Poppy Seeds 2018 ]

      Izmir ?
i was hoping to get 2 of the
*****- 500 Izmir Tazmanian PAPAVER SOMNIFERUM POPPY SEEDS *****

i wasn’t sure if i should try to get (1)300 of the Alks
      and one (1)500 Izmir Tasmanian.

      or 2(500) Izmir Tasmanian

      or i guess 1(1000) Alks

i only want one Tasmanian strain going at a time, so i wouldn’t run the Alks (with the Burma) if i ran the Izmir Tasmanians (with the Burma); or visa versa, but i wasn’t sure what the differences were between the two.

        Nice. That’s right.
I can’t really talk about any “other” aspects of the poppy besides it’s “decorative” qualities.
Which is why we provide as many photos as possible.
The “Izmirs” originated from Izmir Oil & Spice Farm several years ago before they went out of business (in case you’re not aware of them)
The other two, I believe are the same (just spelled differently for Search purposes – “Tasmanian vs. Tazmanian”)
        Hope this helps.

Sorry, although ALL our Seeds are unwashed, as per our User Policies, we ask that you refrain from any questions of this matter- as we are only allowed to sell our Seeds for Gardening purposes only and cannot give tips on any other uses.
      Thanks for understanding.

As I’ve had trial and error before, temp issues not being below 65 when sprouting (ie: too hot) – and hydro grow on sprouts(ie: too much)

I was wondering if Poppies were able to be ‘Super-Cropped’, if so how many pods could be expected in a 3x3x3 ft~ area given proper close spread?
    Thanks so much.

Some people don’t realize the amount of TIME Organical Botanicals spends on shipping Orders, as they receive over 100+ Orders daily. (sometimes, there are several Orders placed PRIOR to their order).
-I mean, how hard is it for people to simply PLACE their ORDERS a WEEK or 2 EARLIER??
    – It’s bad enough USPS charges $2-$3+ for “Tracking” (via Priority), PLUS, the NEW Interstate TAX (thanks to a NEW policy by the prez.).
    – I understand OB actually LOSES $$ on Shipping– after adding in costs for Supplies (Laser Printer, Paper, Shipping Labels, Toner, Padded Envelopes, etc).
    – Not including cost of LABOR (I mean, 1 PERSON can’t run a website, a farm, AND ship everything all alone)
    – One time, an eBay seller sent them in a flat envelope w/ just a 50 cent stamp!! (I couldn’t track them, and they arrived all crushed) & I had to file a grievance with PayPal.
It’s ridiculous that people can’t read the TERMS and understand to simply order them Two weeks earlier.
Glad I’m not one of those people.

Hi! I’m another one just checking on my order. I placed an order about a week ago and received an order number #54079. Since then, I have not received any additional information. When I inquired just now on the website about order status, it said there were no orders linked to my account. Can you verify that my order exists and provide any info as to status? Thank you.

      04/14/2019 @ 10:54 pm

I’m not sure what method you used to find your Order (and what you mean when you say “my account”), but you simply need to enter the email you used while placing the Order (minou*******@g***, and enter it along with your Order Number #54079 on the ORDER STATUS Page (be sure to sign-in to access feature). Perhaps you entered your Paypal account Transaction # instead??
But regardless, I checked on your Order and I see the 3 Seed Packs you ordered- and Payment was received.
Out of the 26 current ACTIVE Orders in the shipping Queue. There are only 3 Orders ahead of yours.
So your order should be shipped on the next Ship-out date.
Contact Steph, in the Shipping Dept. if you require further details in the furture. (her number is also on the Contact Us Page)

How do you know when to bloom?

I’ve checked the guides but theres so many nuances of detail I can’t figure out.

Also here is some examples of my current problem
Its so hard for me to tell the difference between nutrient deficiency, nutrient burn, overwatering, underwatering.

    Any ideas?

The stalks with leaves are about thumb width (idk the size seems small to me for some reason)
Its between 1 month and 2 months old I think. Probably 6-8 inches in length.
Temps ranged under 65 sprouting. Then 60-75.

Again, this problem I can’t figure out along with when to bloom.

Thank you so much. I don’t have a greenthumb and come November will be 2 years of me unsuccessfully able to grow.

THAT’S NOT A POPPY- IT’S A NATIVE WEED that grows in your area.
The difficult part about starting them, is knowing what they look like once they come up (usually sprout within 2 weeks). During those 2 weeks, the seeds must remain in FULL Sunlight, under 65 Degrees, and Protected from Birds & Slugs (which should NEVER be under-estimated), and also moist soil, but ventilated.
-Depending on the Temps when planting, will depend on what sort of “Protection” to use. If temps drop below freezing, the plastic Cup (or Bin) method works great (as seen in our Main Tutorial – especially section 2 & 3).
-If temps are warmer, I’ll use a Fabric or Netting SEEN IN THIS TUTORIAL from our Blog (which must be a few inches above the seed, to keep Beaks out, and allow them room to grow.)
-I find that native weeds are always first to appear (well, since they’re WEEDS), so you need to gently remove them (or cut their stems), because poppies don’t like Competition. See our Blog Post about Poppy I.D.-ing (use our Split Image Slider Function -if on Desk/LapTop)
