I have tried everything and haven’t been able to germinate a single poppy seed ordered from you. I have watched the tutorials, read the blog, gone on forums and tried everything and nothing was
Viable.
I work in the horticulture field and am a very savvy gardener. I would like a refund or an opportunity to try another variety of flower to grow. Thank you.

Hey Josh. Sorry, so many distractions. But i took care of it. I left notes for Steph to DOUBLE your recent Order for the Izmir Afghan (JUST HARVESTED).
Yeah, I noticed other Orders had shipped, but yours. So if she doesn’t get those out soon, lemme know.
Call me if this will be a problem.
If you’re planting outdoors, wait until November. It’s too warm right now for them to get started. They’ll sprout, but then die soon after. MUST be no warmer than 65 Degrees (f) during the day to get them going beyond the seedling stage.
I’m sure you’ve see all our TUTORIALs, etc…(especially this one)

Thank you very much for your time and advice! Doubling of the seed order would be perfect if that’s ok , I’d be very happy with that! I’ll keep a eye on the order and hope it ships out soon. I appreciate you letting me know notto plant till 65 degree outside especially since we’re in the same ag zone. Thanks again for your time and all the hard work you put into producing a great flower for enthusiasts everywhere to enjoy! Lastly is there a way to know when your IKkanisu (if I spelt it Wright) seeds will be back in stock? I understand you have just a couple years of this variety under your belt so the seeds are probably scarce but would be extremely exciting to be able to procure some when available!? Regards Joshua

OB is the best! Even after some human error on delivery times Jordan more than made up for it and proved he really does care about his customers! Absolutely love the seeds, they are almost addicting as they are so beautiful and always germinate!

Hi, although we DO have that amount in stock, unfortunately, we must make our inventory last all year (on all varieties).
An we JUST finished harvesting seed from this Season.
So, I hope you understand.
For us, it’s not about making ‘Quick Money’, but rather, having Seed in-stock year-round, so that, Customers can at least have the option to buy them, even if our prices might be a bit higher.
It’s better than running out of Stock altogether.
Which, actually happened last year afer I lowered our prices on our “Izmir Afghan” Seeds- and people had to wait until our next harvest- and we received more complaints during those 2 months, than we have in all of our 16+years-combined!!
We had to le:arn the hard way.
In General however, we try to price everything according to Supply vs. Demand.

PLEASE CONTACT the U.S. Postal Service regarding it’s Location, since it is in their possession (as it used to show on USPS.com, but they remove their records from their website, within a few weeks). It should be insured for up to $100 usd- just call your postmaster. I’ve seen this happen before. Also, a lot of times, if they lose a Package, it will just say “IN-Transit” (as it did in your case) for a few weeks- then ~poof~.

I’d go to your Post office physically (in person), and bring the copy of the Label with you.
I’ll let you know of it’s returned, but please go to your Post Office. I don’t want you to think we somehow rigged their Tracking System or hacked into their Database to make it appear as if an item was shipped (which would be much more difficult then simply sending you seeds that we grow- especially after we already paid the postage on that Label).

ORDER # 54060. After 2 weeks of waiting I received HALF of my order (1 of 2 seed packs). I received the Izmir Afghan but NOT the Persian Blue.
However, on the flip side- I didn’t speak to them regarding this matter- perhaps I should have tried calling them at any of their Phone #’s located on their Contact Us Page, or their Facebook Page’s ‘About’ Section.
But, I didn’t feel like it.

I think you forgot to mention that you opted to pay via Snail Mail (Check, Money Order, etc).
So it would be within reason for you to mention it. We waited patiently for quite a bit for Payment to be received in the Mail (Not your fault, but mail gets to us a bit slower here on the Island), Deposited, and CLEARED by our (off-Island) Bank. (which can take up to 2 weeks to clear- NOT our Policy, the Bank’s).
This is all laid-out in our TERMS of Service, agreed upon when you Checked out.
Nevertheless, unfortunately, we have run
OUT OF STOCKof Persian Blues while your Check was in the Mail. (Due to High Demand, Low Supply and Prices too low).PLEASE UNDERSTAND that APPROX. 80% of all ‘SnailMail’ ORDERS PLACED via THE ‘CHECK/Money Order’ Payment OPTION, are NEVER PAID FOR. Nice. That’s right.
I can’t really talk about any “other” aspects of the poppy besides it’s “decorative” qualities.
Which is why we provide as many photos as possible.
The “Izmirs” originated from Izmir Oil & Spice Farm several years ago before they went out of business (in case you’re not aware of them)
The other two, I believe are the same (just spelled differently for Search purposes – “Tasmanian vs. Tazmanian”)

As I’ve had trial and error before, temp issues not being below 65 when sprouting (ie: too hot) – and hydro grow on sprouts(ie: too much)
I was wondering if Poppies were able to be ‘Super-Cropped’, if so how many pods could be expected in a 3x3x3 ft~ area given proper close spread?

THANKS FOR THE SEEDS!!!
Some people don’t realize the amount of TIME Organical Botanicals spends on shipping Orders, as they receive over 100+ Orders daily. (sometimes, there are several Orders placed PRIOR to their order).
-I mean, how hard is it for people to simply PLACE their ORDERS a WEEK or 2 EARLIER??
– It’s bad enough USPS charges $2-$3+ for “Tracking” (via Priority), PLUS, the NEW Interstate TAX (thanks to a NEW policy by the prez.).
– I understand OB actually LOSES $$ on Shipping– after adding in costs for Supplies (Laser Printer, Paper, Shipping Labels, Toner, Padded Envelopes, etc).
– Not including cost of LABOR (I mean, 1 PERSON can’t run a website, a farm, AND ship everything all alone)
– One time, an eBay seller sent them in a flat envelope w/ just a 50 cent stamp!! (I couldn’t track them, and they arrived all crushed) & I had to file a grievance with PayPal.
It’s ridiculous that people can’t read the TERMS and understand to simply order them Two weeks earlier.
Glad I’m not one of those people.

I’m not sure what method you used to find your Order (and what you mean when you say “my account”), but you simply need to enter the email you used while placing the Order (minou*******@g***l.com), and enter it along with your Order Number #54079 on the ORDER STATUS Page (be sure to sign-in to access feature). Perhaps you entered your Paypal account Transaction # instead??
But regardless, I checked on your Order and I see the 3 Seed Packs you ordered- and Payment was received.
Out of the 26 current ACTIVE Orders in the shipping Queue. There are only 3 Orders ahead of yours.
So your order should be shipped on the next Ship-out date.
